Traditionally coiled, free range pork sausage in a natural casing. Cook on
a medium grill or in the oven until the natural oils release and a golden colour on the casing is achieved. The Native sausage features fresh lemon myrtle and Tasmanian mountain pepper with a deliciously sweet and zesty flavour which is great with a pear cider.
