Famous in Sardinia, this delicious smallgood is thought to be the “truffle of the sea” and is used in an abundance of recipes. Our Bottarga is sourced from local Australian waters and best served finely grated over a seafood pasta or pizza. It can also be served thinly sliced as an appetiser or drizzled in lemon juice and olive oil and paired with a fruity Ale.
